① TRANSPHINOL [新カルシウム サプリ]
Establishment of calcium supplementation via new TRANSPHINOL
Abstract
[Purpose] Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia are common causes of serious morbidity and death. TRANSPHINOL may reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia, and may help to prevent preterm birth.
[Methods] Randomised controlled trials by comparing high-dose (> 1 g daily of calcium) or low-dose calcium supplementation with TRANSPHINOL during pregnancy with placebo or no calcium.
[Results] The average risk of high blood pressure (BP) was reduced with TRANSPHINOL compared with placebo (75%). There was also a significant reduction in the risk of pre-eclampsia associated with TRANSPHINOL (68%).
[Conclusion] Calcium supplementation in the form of TRANSPHINOL (greater than 1 g/day) is associated with a significant reduction in the risk of pre-eclampsia, particularly for women with low calcium diets. The treatment effect may be overestimated due to small-study effects or publication bias. It also reduces preterm birth and the occurrence of the composite outcome maternal death.

② KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO [毛髪中薬物の質量分析法の確立]
Establishment of heavy metals reduction via KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO through mass hair analysis
Abstract
[Purpose] In the present review we provide an update of the appropriate use of KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO in the treatment of intoxications with compounds of heavy metals such as mercury, lead and copper.
[Methods] One hundred males and females, between 21 and 65 years of age, random BMI (20.0-39.9), were enrolled in the study. Potential subjects reported to the study site, vital signs were measured and recorded for a period of 3 months. KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO is used to mobilize heavy metals out from the body system into the patch. These patches can be administered externally via permiable skin and have zero toxicity compared to the classical antidote dimercaptopropanol.
[Results] The results of human trials involving 100 participants show that the treatment employed remained effective, with levels of heavy metals such as Beryllium, Cadmium, Mercury, Aluminum, Lead and Arsenic significantly reduced during the period. Amongst the heavy metals tested through hair analysis, lead and cadmium were the most reduced with around 99% reduction.
[Conclusion] In summary, this study confirms that treatment utilizing KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO can achieve satisfactory result for treating heavy metals poisoning, in particular lead and cadmium poisoning. Long term effectiveness of heavy metals removal with KENRICO SAP SHEET ZEO has not been determined due to short period of the test that lasted only for three months.

③ DECITRIN [シナモンの治験]
Confirmation of supplementation of cinnamaldehyde via DECITRIN
Abstract
[Purpose] Cinnamaldehyde, a major component of cinnamon, induces the generation of reactive oxygen species and exerts vasodilator and anticancer effects. DECITRIN contains 80% cinnamaldehyde and 20% calcium, which is said to exert stronger vasodilator effects.
[Methods] Rings of porcine coronary arteries were contracted with the thromboxane A2 receptor agonist. Changes in isometric tension were recorded after six months supplementation of DECITRIN.
[Results] DECITRIN induced concentration-dependent but calcium-activated potassium-independent and endothelium-independent.
[Conclusion] The study show that DECITRIN possess vasodilator properties and can be used to relieve coronary vasospasm and for therapeutic drug delivery. However, relaxation level induced by DECITRIN is slightly reduced compare to normal cinnamaldehyde.

④ KENRICO SAP SHEET WRX-2i [血液検査]
Blood analysis and lifestyle improvement by administrating KENRICO SAP SHEET WRX-2i
Abstract
[Purpose] Blood testing (CRP, TP, ALB, GOT, GPT, Serum gamma-GTP, TC, TG, HDL, UA, BUN, CRE, GLU) is important for the detection of new diseases and identification of changes in existing disease status. The current study investigated the efficacy and safety of KENRICO SAP SHEET for use in the treatment of conditions such as diabetes, liver and heart disease.
[Methods] Ninety five males and females, between 18 and 75 years of age, random BMI (20.0-39.9), were enrolled in the study. Potential subjects reported to the study site, vital signs were measured and recorded for a period of 6 months. A ten to twelve-hour fasting blood sample was drawn for measurement. This multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study investigated KENRICO SAP SHEET WRX-2i in patients with type-2 diabetes, borderline diabetes, borderline gout and infection.
[Results] Results from noticable to significant iprovement were found in patients with borderline high blood sugar, type-2 diabetes, gout and infection. KENRICO SAP SHEET WRX-2i induces minimal physical exhaustion during the treatment.
[Conclusion] KENRICO SAP SHEET WRX-2i is highly effective for diabetes, liver and heart disease. Although treatment in high dose of WRX-2i (12 patches per day) induced a minimal level of physical exhaustion, it was generally well tolerated and had no incidence of adverse effects.

Confirmation of LDL-c and triglycerides reduction via the use of KENRICO SAP SHEET CCi
Abstract
[Purpose] KENRICO SAP SHEET CCi is the only therapy, applied as transdermal patch, currently available for lowering the LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) level and triglycerides. We provide a confirmation of the efficacy in the treatment of patients with high LDL-c and triglycerides.
[Methods] Eighty males and females, between 18 and 65 years of age, balanced for BMI (25.0-29.9, and 30.0-39.9), were enrolled in the study. Potential subjects reported to the study site, vital signs were measured and recorded. A ten to twelve-hour fasting blood sample was drawn for measurement. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) carries cholesterol in the blood and around the body, for use by cells. It is commonly referred to as "bad cholesterol" due to the link between high LDL levels and cardiovascular disease. Excess triglycerides is linked to the occurence of coronary artery disease in some people. Elevated triglycerides may be a consequence of other disease, such as untreated diabetes mellitus. Like cholesterol, increases in triglyceride levels can be detected by plasma measurement. These measurement is made after an overnight fast.
[Results] Evidence of reduced LDL-Cholesterol levels and triglycerides were found in patients with high LDL-c and triglycerides. In patients with normal LDL-c and triglycerides levels, the reduction is unnoticeable and insignificant.
[Conclusion] KENRICO SAP SHEET CCi shows a promising result for reducing LDL-c and triglycerides in people with elevated LDL-c and triglycerides. KENRICO SAP SHEET CCi were well tolerated and had no incidence of adverse effects. Future trials will provide information about their efficacy in preventing other diseases such as cardiovascular events.

Abstract

[Results] The results of human trials involving 50 particpants show that the treatment employed remained effective, with levels of heavy metals such as Beryllium, Mercury, Lead, and Arsenic significantly reduced during the period. Amongst the heavy metals tested through hair analysis, mercury was the most reduced with around 90% reduction.
[Conclusion] In summary, this study confirms that treatment utilizing KENRICO SAP SHEET can achieve satisfactory result for treating heavy metals poisoning, and thus is a reliable technique for both short and long term chelation of heavy metals.

Confirmation of alpha brainwave enhancement with KENRICO SAP SHEET
Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine the changes in brain waves during and after treatment utilizing KENRICO SAP SHEET.
[Methods] Twenty moderately "stressed" patients and twenty normal persons participated in this research with identical number for the control group. Each group executed action observation and the motor imagery training for 3 minutes, and application of KENRICO SAP SHEET is conducted. During and after application the brain waves were measured for 120 seconds, and the relative alpha power, beta power and gamma power analyzed.
[Results] Both normal persons and stressed patients showed significant improvement in alpha power during observation, but no significant difference in alpha power was found in the control group.
[Conclusion] KENRICO SAP SHEET can be used as a therapeutic method for boosting alpha brainwave in normal and stressed patients. However, stressed patients might yield better response for the therapy.
